Return & Refunds
Please avoid any damage or soiling of the goods when trying them on and do not remove labels etc. until you have decided to keep the goods. Otherwise you may be obliged to pay compensation (e.g. cleaning costs).
If you decide to return, please enclose labels that have already been removed and use the original packaging to protect the goods or pack the goods so well that they cannot be damaged in transit.
You can return any item that you have purchased in the ATW online shop within 10 days of receipt by exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
You can of course return items that do not meet your expectations.
It's that easy:
Put the article in the original article packaging in the package
Fill out and enclose the return slip
Stick the return sticker on the sealed package
Hand in the package to the parcel service provider

Please enclose the return slip enclosed with the delivery or an accompanying letter with your invoice or customer number (when paying in advance, please also include your bank details) so that this return can be properly assigned to you and the purchase price can be reimbursed. You only need to tick which article is going back. It would be of great help to us if you could also provide the reason for your return - this is how we can learn and improve.
In addition to the return slip, there is also a self-adhesive address label with our address in the delivery. Please also use this label for your return and, if necessary, note the additional information provided by your delivery service for processing the return. If you need a return label, please contact our customer service with the order number.
We do not accept any unauthorized consignments, especially if
the 30-day withdrawal period has expired
the goods were not purchased from our ATW online shop
the purchased goods are not included in the return package
or there is an obvious attempt at fraud.
We will contact you in the event of an unauthorized shipment.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal within the deadline, you will not incur any return costs. Condition: You use the return label that is enclosed with your package (postage has already been paid). If you need a return label, please contact our customer service with the order number .
Of course, we will take back the item you complained about during the warranty period.
To do this, please make a large and clearly visible note on the return slip that says “Quality deficiency”. If you no longer have the return documents, please contact us stating the order number.
As soon as the return has been received and checked in our warehouse, the payment to you will be initiated.
Please note that we cannot arrange a replacement delivery. If you are still interested in the article, we must ask you to place a new order. We are also happy to accept your order by phone.

As soon as your return reaches the eCommerce Center, it will be checked and a credit will be issued depending on the payment option you selected for the purchase.
As a rule, the purchase price will be refunded to you within one week of receipt of the return.
Please always transfer the last-mentioned invoice amount. Please do not reduce your invoice amount yourself. Either you will receive an email with the reduced invoice amount within the due date of the invoice after the goods have been returned, or we will issue a credit for the full invoice amount you have already paid.
