Purchasing on delivery is particularly safe and convenient. You will receive an invoice with the delivery of the order and only pay after receiving the goods.
In order to enable purchase on account, we need your data and your consent to the transmission of your data for identity. For all information on payment and its due date, please refer to the invoice enclosed with the delivery or the additional dispatch confirmation email that you received.
We remain your contact for all questions about your order, e.g. B. Questions about goods, delivery time, shipping or returns.
The simplest form of payment - we accept Visa and Mastercard. The shop does not save your credit card details. All you need to do is enter the cardholder's name as on the card, the credit card number, the 3-4 digit check digit on the back of the credit card and the date the card will expire.
Due to the so-called PSD2 directive (also EU payment services directive), which is intended to increase security in payment transactions, you may also be redirected to a secure website of your credit card-issuing bank and asked there to inform yourself about at least two of the following three Authenticating factors.
If you pay in advance, you transfer the invoice amount in advance and we will deliver after receipt of payment.
You can choose to pay in advance if you do not want or cannot transfer the invoice amount using one of the other online payment options.
Nevertheless, you can easily order immediately and transfer the amount to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail. We reserve your articles for a full 5 days - enough time for your prepayment. In some cases it takes two working days for the amount to be transferred from your bank to our account.
Please do not forget to include the order number and customer number so that we can safely assign your payment. We will process your order as soon as we can determine the receipt of the payment. We will inform you of this again by e-mail (dispatch confirmation). Your shipment will usually reach you within 48 hours.
With PayPal you pay quickly, easily and securely - with two clicks in your PayPal account.
PayPal is an international online payment service that enables you to pay securely and quickly in online shops. Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the internet every time you shop online. The payment is either debited from the credit card on file or from your account by direct debit. You access your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again with every purchase. We receive a confirmation immediately after payment from PayPal and can send the goods to you quickly.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can set it up easily and free of charge within a few minutes.
If you bought on account, you will receive a separate email in which you will find all the important information: the ATW account to which you transfer the invoice amount, the order number and the due date. In addition, you will automatically be sent another reminder email shortly before the due date (if you do not receive this reminder email, this has no suspensive effect on the due date of the invoice).
We attach great importance to your security when it comes to payment transactions. Your details are of course only transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read them. Your credit card payment is processed by a specially certified partner.
Do you have a voucher code for the online shop? Put your desired items in the shopping cart as usual. On the "Your shopping cart" page, please enter your code in the "Voucher code" field and click on "Redeem". Your voucher will now be activated and the invoice amount will be updated. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Vouchers cannot be considered retrospectively (after completing the order). If you have problems redeeming your voucher, please contact our customer service .
In the lower area of the page click on the navigation point "Gift vouchers". Select the desired value of your gift voucher and place the gift voucher in the shopping cart. You can purchase a maximum of 5 gift cards with one order. It is not permitted to use other gift vouchers for payment when purchasing gift vouchers.
The gift voucher will be sent to you as a printed copy by e-mail.
The gift voucher is only valid in the ATWonline shop. Enter the printed voucher code in the voucher field of the shopping cart when ordering. The voucher amount is then immediately credited to the order.
If the total amount of your order is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining amount can be paid using the desired payment method. If the value of the gift voucher is higher than the order value, the remainder remains available as credit.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. A combination with other promotional offers can be excluded.
If goods are returned (right of withdrawal) that have been paid for with a gift voucher, your gift voucher will be loaded with the amount of the refund. This amount is available again within 24 hours after internal returns processing under the known gift voucher code.
The voucher is valid half year after purchase. The expiry date is printed on the gift voucher. The voucher is transferable to other people. A cash payment of the gift voucher is not possible. The voucher is only valid for the country in which it was issued.
You will receive an invoice for every purchase that you have (partially) paid for with a gift voucher. Any remaining amount of the gift voucher will be shown there. If there is a credit note when exercising your right of withdrawal, a possible charge of the gift voucher for a reimbursement amount will be shown there.
