ComfortMe – Shadow Tapestry:

Shadow Tapestry is inspired by old castle tapestries recording, decoding stories. It stems from my Gr@y Matter- the Language of Shadows series expressing and impressing with their presence the communication abilities of shadows as well as my lace assemblages which are expressing the endless connections existing between us - the phenomena of webbing spanning through biological, spiritual, and physical dimensions in us.

In “Shadow Tapestry”, my shadows, visualizing emotions find their context – a garden, a home, while the lace assemblages, appearing as roses, find a body; together joined into one entity, they can be the rose garden and at the same time also the shadow that lives in it.
